UUMII Terms of Service
By joining UUMII, you agree to the following terms.
Participation
The UUMII 30-Day Challenge provides accountability tools, resources, and community support.
UUMII does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for your own progress, decisions, and outcomes.
Rules
Participants are allowed one missed check-in. A second miss requires restarting the challenge.
All participants must be respectful. Any behaviour that is abusive, harmful, or disruptive may result in immediate removal without refund.
Group content and discussions are confidential and must not be shared outside the challenge.
Intellectual Property
All UUMII content, including handbooks, trackers, Trello templates, prompts, graphics, and materials, is owned by UUMII and protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share these materials outside the challenge without written permission.
Any unauthorised use of UUMII intellectual property may result in legal action.
Payments and Refunds
Payment is required in full at the time of registration.
Refunds are available within three days of purchase only if programme materials have not been accessed.
Once you access any materials, including downloads, Trello, or community platforms, no refunds are available.
Disclaimer of Warranties
UUMII is provided “as is” without guarantees of any kind.
No specific results, outcomes, or improvements are promised or implied.
Participation is voluntary and you accept full responsibility for applying the tools and practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UUMII, its owners, and facilitators are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from your participation.
This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the programme.
Conduct and Removal
UUMII reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behaviour breaches these terms or disrupts the programme.
Refunds, Feedback & Testimonials
As part of our commitment to improving Uumii, we invite participants to provide feedback and testimonials. The following refund incentives apply:
Constructive Feedback
Participants who provide constructive feedback designed to help us improve future challenges may be eligible for a $10 refund.
Feedback must be specific and actionable.
Written Testimonials
Participants who submit a positive written testimonial detailed enough to be useful for potential participants may be eligible for a 30% refund.
Testimonials must describe the participant’s experience and outcomes in a way that supports others considering the challenge.
Video Testimonials
Participants who submit a positive video testimonial may be eligible for a 100% refund, provided the video meets the following conditions:
Sufficient audio and video quality for marketing purposes.
Clear, positive representation of the participant’s experience.
Permission is granted for Uumii to use the video for promotional and marketing purposes.
General Conditions
Refunds will be processed only after review and approval by Uumii.
Uumii reserves the right to decline refunds if submissions do not meet the above criteria.
By submitting feedback or testimonials, participants grant Uumii the right to use their content (in whole or in part) in marketing materials, subject to these terms.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

UUMII Refund Policy
Effective Date: [Insert Date]
We want you to be confident when you join UUMII. However, due to the nature of our programme and the immediate access to intellectual property and community resources, refunds are strictly limited.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within three days of purchase.
Refunds are only available if you have not accessed any programme materials. This includes downloads, the Trello board, the Facebook group, or any other linked resources.
Non-Refundable Situations
Once you have accessed programme materials, joined community platforms, or engaged with UUMII resources, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not provided if you decide not to continue, fail to participate, or do not achieve the results you expected.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@uumii.co.nz with your full name, order details, and reason for request.
Requests must be received within the three-day period.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Intellectual Property Protection
Access to UUMII resources provides immediate exposure to proprietary materials. This is why refunds are limited once content has been opened.
